I love this! It cooks great and is sturdy! You do have to press the sandwhich down but I love it so much I’m considering buying the whole line of Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon!

I love this pan . It works great heavy duty for many great years of panini sandwiches. Grilled Cheese, bacon Etc Etc. Its also the kids favorite pan.
